Enterprise Sales Director

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director with 10-20 years of experience to build Sprinto's enterprise sales motion in the US from the ground up. This is Sprinto's first dedicated enterprise sales leadership hire in the United States, reporting directly to the co-founders. You'll be a player-coach who has built a sales motion from scratch at a challenger brand — someone who knows how to create pipeline through outbound discipline and genuine buyer relationships rather than relying on inbound volume. Your success will directly influence Sprinto's North America go-to-market strategy and Series C fundraising trajectory.

What will you be doing?

Build the enterprise sales motion from zero — establishing outbound strategy, account prioritization framework, and a repeatable sales process that scales

Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives while remaining hands-on with deals as a player-coach

Own a team quota and build pipeline rigor, forecasting discipline, and deal velocity to hit targets consistently

Sell directly to CISOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Compliance at mid-market and enterprise companies (2, 500–5, 000+ employees, $70K–$100K+ ACV)

Work directly with co-founders to shape Sprinto's North America GTM strategy — your wins, losses, and market feedback will directly influence product direction
