About the Role
As a Preschool Infant Assistant Teacher at Merryhill School, you will support a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Working closely with lead teachers, you will help facilitate daily routines, guide student learning, and contribute to a positive classroom culture. What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and follow lead teacher direction
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Must meet all state licensing and background clearance requirements
