We are seeking compassionate, visionary leaders to guide our schools in the northern Atlanta suburbs region (Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Hall counties). Since 2001, Carrington Academy has been committed to providing exceptional early childhood education to families through NAEYC-accredited programs grounded in academic excellence and genuine care. What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • In addition, candidates must meet at least one of the following education and experience requirements:
    • An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
    • An awarded Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development, Infant and Toddler, Program Administration, or School Age and Youth Care; or a Technical College Diploma (TCD) in ECE or Child Development, and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
    • An Associate degree or higher (including a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a field other than Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of three (3) months of childcare experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain all required clearances, certifications, and ongoing professional development as required by Georgia regulations.
