About this role

Sphinx is hiring a strategic GTM generalist to work directly with the CEO and founders to scale the company across sales, product, and operations. In this high-ownership role at the intersection of AI, fintech, and enterprise, you will close deals with banks, launch products, and build foundational teams to shape the future of financial compliance from the ground up.

What youll do

  • Partner directly with the CEO to shape company strategy and drive operational improvements across the business.
  • Expand the product into new regions and build foundational infrastructure for future hires in marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Own execution across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and product launches for banks and fintechs.
  • Support customer deployments and manage key relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Make critical decisions independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

What Sphinx is looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience, ideally at a fast-growing fintech or startup, with prior sales or GTM experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent Sphinx at conferences and in client presentations.
  • A self-starting generalist who identifies what matters, breaks it down, and solves it end-to-end without waiting for instructions.
  • Demonstrably high bar for execution and precision in events, product launches, and customer deployments.
  • Ability to think creatively, take risks with marketing and outreach, and operate comfortably in ambiguity.
  • Clear, concise communication to articulate tradeoffs, surface blockers, and keep momentum with minimal process.
  • An impact-obsessed mindset focused on driving measurable company progress every day.
  • Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
