Role Overview & Responsibilities
Spectrum Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments, is seeking a dedicated team member to lead our Panel Processing Department. This department plays a key role in our CNC-driven manufacturing process.
- Performs and assists with the production duties of the department
- Understands and follows the work center schedule
- Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance
- Reports issues that cause the team’s performance to be compromised
- Provides training to both new and progressing team members
- Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member’s ideas are both solicited and listened to
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of related work experience (preferred)
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Operating out of two specialized facilities in West Michigan, we have the capacity to finish up to 1,000,000 parts per day. Spectrum E-Coat goes beyond basic coating services by offering comprehensive support solutions, including an in-house testing lab, precise part masking, specialty packaging, guaranteed on-time delivery, extensive warehousing options, and a company-owned truck fleet to streamline logistics.
