Was du machst
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung monatlicher Reportings für das Management.
- Du bereitest Finanz- und Leistungskennzahlen auf, analysierst Daten und leitest daraus relevante Erkenntnisse ab.
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Dashboards in Power BI und anderen Reporting-Tools mit.
- Du unterstützt bei der Automatisierung von Reporting- und Controlling-Prozessen.
- Du unterstützt das Controlling-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei Ad-hoc-Auswertungen.
Wer du bist
- Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI, Tableau oder ähnlichen BI‑Tools sind ein Plus.
- Starkes Interesse an Zahlen, Daten und analytischen Fragestellungen.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten.
- Affinität für Automatisierung, Reporting oder datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C2-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau).
