This is an opportunity to join Boots Hearingcare as a Regional Coordinator, supporting our clinics across region 1. You’ll play a key role in keeping diaries running efficiently, coordinating staffing and resources, supporting clinic teams and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey to better hearing.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and will be based at clinic in Edinburgh Princess Street.
The regional environment
You’ll support a busy network of clinics, working closely with the Senior Regional Sales Manager, Hearing Aid Audiologists and clinic teams.

The role
As Regional Coordinator, you’ll:
- Partner with the Senior Regional Sales Manager to maximise productivity, improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Analyse clinic diary potential and identify opportunities to improve customer accessibility
- Coordinate regional diaries, staffing schedules, Mobile Audiologists, QHAD timetables and absence cover
- Support customers through appointment confirmation calls, rescheduling and ensuring they are booked into the correct appointment type
- Coordinate remote services, including orders, replacements and Hearing Aid Audiologist remote diary scheduling
- Manage stock, loan hearing aids and the allocation of assets for new starters and leavers
- Provide day-to-day operational support to clinics and act as a key point of contact for queries
- Support compliance activity, mandatory training and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track and report health and safety incidents, working with the Health and Safety team to resolve any issues

What we’re looking for
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in operations coordination, office management, resource planning or a similar role
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Confidence using systems, technology and data
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the wider business
- Clinical experience would be advantageous, or a willingness to complete the Hearing Wellness Advisor qualification
Experience within customer service, retail, healthcare or a multi-site environment would be beneficial. Most importantly, you’ll bring the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and delivering an excellent customer experience.
