Job Description
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnosis and repairs according to Audi and dealership standards
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department
- Properly document diagnosis and repairs
- Road-test vehicles as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area
- Stay current on technical information, training and factory procedures
- Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when needed
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Diagnostic or mainline technician experience
- ASE certification and/or automotive trade-school education preferred
- Audi, Volkswagen or German/European vehicle experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
Audi experience is valuable, but the right technician, work ethic and attitude matter tremendously to us.
