Job Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling components of solar panels according to standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble solar module components (frames, junction boxes, glass, EVA sheets, etc.) on the production line.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and SOPs to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and automated machinery as required.
  • Inspect assembled parts and completed units for quality defects or deviations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
  • Record production data and report any material shortages, defects, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials or finished goods when necessary.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and use required PPE at all times.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with team members.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
  • May be exposed to heat, dust, and chemicals used in solar panel production.
  • Use of safety equipment (gloves, glasses, antistatic gear) required.

 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Basic computer or data entry skills are a plus.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
