Job Description
As a Tool & Die Technician-Level 3 here at Solstice, you will ensure the precision and quality of tooling and die-making processes, maintaining, repairing, and improving tools and dies to boost production efficiency.
Key responsibilities.
- TO SUPPORT STAMPING PRODUCTION AND TROUBLE SHOOT PRESSES
- SPARE TOOLING PREPAPRATION
- SPARE TOOLING PREPARATION
- SSP TEAM MEMBER
- ATTENDING DOWNTIME ISSUES ON PRESS MACHINES.
- ASSITING TOOL MAKER PRODUCT CHANGE OVER, PRESS SETUP, REPAIR AND ETC.
Qualifications.
- Knowledge and experience of press tools, jigs, fixtures manufacturing and maintenance
- Able to operate basic tool room machines like grinding, milling & lathe etc
- Able to read and write engineering drawings
- Able to work under pressure in rotating shifts
