What You’ll Do:

Join Diversey’s fast-growing Food Processing team as a Territory Account Manager, where you’ll build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver hands-on solutions across leading food processing and food manufacturing businesses. Job Responsibilities:

  • Transform marketing strategy into operational sales plans to increase sales volumes and margins, working closely with the Sales Director and relevant stakeholders to define sector strategy, projects, and execution priorities.

  • Conduct market analysis including market trends, competitor movements, and business environment, and apply insights to develop business models, programs, and tools that drive sales growth in the food and beverage sector.

  • Drive new business acquisition while establishing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to support sustainable growth.

  • Identify, evaluate, and close new business opportunities by analyzing deal requirements, market strategies, risks, and financial potential, and by developing and negotiating contracts aligned with company strategy and operations.

  • Ensure effective execution at customer sites, including equipment and system installation, customer order planning, coordination with supply chain, troubleshooting with Technical & Customer Service (TCS) teams, and on-site project coordination.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical, or related fields

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales within industrial sectors. Experience in Production, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or sales in the beverage, dairy, alcohol, or food industries will be considered an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, Solid demonstrated presentation skills

  • Results-oriented with high sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.

  • Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.

  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.

  • Able to communicate in English with Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
