Product Designer

Solea is building an AI-powered solution to automate back-office work for home-service businesses, starting with an AI dispatcher. We’re a founder-led team backed by notable investors, moving fast to scale with some of the largest home service companies. This role plays a crucial part in shaping elegant, customer-focused experiences as we ship 0-1 products and expand.

What youll do

• Join as the founding product designer to help automate office work for home-service businesses, starting with an AI dispatcher.
• Obsesses over beautiful, intuitive interfaces and great UX.
• Prototype quickly with Lovable/Cursor, jump into code when needed, and pitch in across design wherever the business needs it.
• Thrive in a fast-paced 0-1 project environment.
• Maintain low ego and high ownership while collaborating with intense teammates.
• Talk with customers to deeply understand their needs and problems.

What Solea is looking for

• Has conducted customer interviews.
• Experience designing for an early-stage startup.
• 3+ years of product design experience; ideally with 0-1 projects experience.
• Familiarity with React/TypeScript; ability to prototype in code or AI tools is a plus.
• Track record of building and shipping projects.
• Based in Europe.
• Obsesses over beautiful, intuitive interfaces and great UX.
• Proficient in Figma for rapid UI design and prototyping (or related tools like Lovable/Cursor, Webflow).
