Technical Writer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create and maintain high-quality documentation for both hardware and software products, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for a variety of audiences.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver content that supports product understanding and successful usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a variety of documentation including application notes, user manuals, installation guides, and datasheets.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate information.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with established style guides, terminology, and tone.
• Manage documentation using content management systems or documentation tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing
• Experience working with hardware products – a must. Familiarity with software documentation – an advantage
• Proficiency with documentation platforms or content management systems; experience with Paligo – an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset
