Position Summary

The Project Management Officer supports the Marketing Services department by coordinating marketing projects, managing workflows through Asana, administering Content Management Systems (CMS), maintaining digital assets, and ensuring marketing campaigns and creative projects are delivered efficiently and on time. The role serves as the operational coordinator between stakeholders, designers, digital teams, vendors, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the Marketing Services workflow using Asana.

  • Receive, review, and coordinate incoming marketing requests.

  • Work with the Marketing Services Manager to prioritize and assign projects based on business needs, team capacity, and deadlines.

  • Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.

  • Identify bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain project schedules, dashboards, workload reports, and project tracking systems.

  • Coordinate timelines across multiple marketing campaigns and projects.




Requirements


Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative services, digital content management, or project coordination.
  • Experience administering Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, entertainment, retail, or advertising agencies is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
