Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Operations Intern at Solaire Resort Entertainment City will gain hands-on experience supporting the front-of-house service team across world-class dining venues. Designed for hospitality students, this program provides comprehensive exposure to daily restaurant operations, seamless floor preparation, and five-star luxury service standards. Working under the guidance of industry professionals, the intern will help optimize peak-period efficiency, maintain impeccable cleanliness, and contribute to delivering exceptional, guest-centric dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Support: Assist the service team with daily restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and basic administrative tasks.
- Station Preparation & Maintenance: Execute efficient opening setups and table arrangements, and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness according to company standards.
- Guest Service & Standards: Provide professional guest interactions, maintain high service standards, and support peak-period efficiency to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education & Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Cruise Line Operations, Hotel and Restaurant Administration, or a related field.
- Internship Availability: Must have no concurrent academic classes during the internship semester and be available to complete a minimum of 600 hours.
- Technical & Operational Skills: Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Soft Skills: Verbal and written communication, active listening, attention to detail, and time management.
- Personal Attributes: Professional etiquette and grooming standards, adaptability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
