Maintain knowledge of the casino’s menu, specials, and seasonal offerings to inform guests.
Accurately process payments, including cash and credit transactions, following casino procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including clearing empty glasses, plates, and debris from tables and surrounding areas.
Ensure that all service items, including trays, glassware, and utensils, are clean and ready for use.
Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service experience.
Assist other servers or staff members during busy times to ensure timely service.
Verify that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with casino policies and state regulations.
Assist in restocking supplies, including napkins, straws, and garnishes, to ensure the bar and service areas are always prepared.
Keep an eye on inventory and communicate with the team to ensure supplies are sufficient.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Escalate issues to management as necessary, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience working in a casino or bar environment is a plus.
