Must-have experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale integration solutions in cloud environments.
- Extensive experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Strong expertise in Azure API Management (APIM).
- Strong experience with Azure Logic Apps.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions.
- Expertise in Azure Service Bus, Queues, and Topics.
- Experience with Azure Event Grid and Azure Event Hubs.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure Application Insights.
- Experience designing and implementing API-first architectures.
- Experience building event-driven integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience implementing secure integration solutions using OAuth and microservices communication security patterns.
- Knowledge of Azure Well-Architected Framework principles and cloud best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting complex integration, scalability, and performance issues.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for cloud deployments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Architect and implement API-led, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Develop, deploy, and manage integrations leveraging Azure Integration Services.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that connect cloud and on-premises environments.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
- Develop, publish, secure, and manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM).
- Build orchestration and workflow solutions using Azure Logic Apps.
- Design and implement messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus, Queues, Topics, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
- Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define integration strategies and technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Azure Well-Architected Framework principles and cloud-native best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, reliability, and performance challenges.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design workshops.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Promote engineering excellence, development standards, and best practices across teams.
- Support and enhance CI/CD processes and DevOps practices for Azure-based deployments.
- Drive solution quality, scalability, security, and operational excellence across integration platforms.
