- Shadow Coach: $17-24/hour > Lead Coach: $23-36/hour
- 4 substantial pay increases in the 1st full year

- Typical class size: up to 12 children
- Part-time — great for students, teachers, or second income
- Desire to work with children ages 2-8
- Minimum commitment: Just 4 sessions per week (30-45 minutes each)
