Children’s Activity Leader
Schaumburg, IL | Part-time | Flexible Schedule

Soccer Shots is looking for an energetic and engaging Children’s Activity Leader to lead fun soccer-based classes for children ages 2–8.

This role is less about being a professional soccer coach and more about being great with kids. If you enjoy being expressive, playful, and making children laugh, this is a great opportunity. Many of our best coaches come from theater, performance, education, childcare, or recreation backgrounds.

We provide full training and curriculum, so no prior soccer coaching experience is required.

• Love working with children ages 2–8
Energetic, playful, and engaging
• Comfortable being animated, expressive, and a little silly during activities
• Patient and encouraging with young children
• Responsible and safety-focused
• Able to create a fun environment where kids feel confident and excited
• Someone who can become a trusted mentor and positive role model for children

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun and safe soccer-based activity sessions for up to 12 children (30–45 minutes per session)
• Use energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to keep children engaged
• Follow our structured weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Encourage and support each child during the session
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment and prepare the field
• Manage class rosters and program equipment
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Provide brief post-session feedback
