As a Front End Manager, you will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location.

- Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 50+ employees
What you bring to the table:
- Proven track record of business success
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading and building teams
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
*An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
