Overview

This position is onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.

This position will help provide customers with quality products and timely delivery following all applicable documented procedures and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include the processing and movement of physical products according to all associated documentation (i.e. production order packets, prints, etc.) as well as processing the systematic requirements to ensure accurate reporting of (physical) product status.

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand and power tools along with other assembly equipment machinery in an effective and efficient manner according to documented assembly processes and guidelines.• Assembly, disassembly, packaging, laser etching, troubleshooting and repair of final product according to blueprint specifications and/or production order packet information.• General inspection of finished product as well as components from sub-contractors and affiliated partners.• Systematic (LN) processing and appropriate staging of work in progress (WIP) for downstream operation(s).• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.• Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent• A minimum of 3 years of Assembly experience is preferred• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions and execute those instructions accurately and on a timely fashion. • Effective communication skills (written and oral) to effectively interact with coworkers and other associates• Basic PC skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.) • Demonstrates understanding of basic math principles• Demonstrates aptitude towards technical understanding and growth. • Experience in manufacturing/fabrication is a plus• Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and ability to communicate improvement ideas to managers is a plus. • Forklift experience is a plus• Ability lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.• Ability to occasionally walk, crouch, kneel, stand, climb, crawl, sit, stoop, balance, reach, grasp• Must be dependable; willing to work overtime and adjust schedule and works shift per business demands.
