QualificationsProcess Support

Support daily manufacturing operations.
Assist with process improvements and engineering changes.
Monitor production issues and identify corrective actions.
Support process readiness for new builds.

Documentation

Create and maintain SOPs.
Develop work instructions and process flows.
Maintain engineering records and revision control.
Support audit readiness.

Validation Support

Participate in pilot builds.
Assist with FAI activities.
Collect process and quality data.
Support process qualification activities.

Troubleshooting

Support root cause investigations.
Assist with corrective actions.
Escalate technical issues when necessary.

Equipment Support

Support manufacturing testers and fixtures.
Assist with calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
Support workstation setup and certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
0–3 years manufacturing experience.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Typical Scope

Supports Process Engineer II initiatives.
