Your role:

• Answer phone calls and route them to the right people or take messages;
• Greet customers in a courteous manner;
• Perform quotations in eXtend software;
• Open and close work orders. (Internal, External, Customer, Inter-Branch, Warranty, Recall Campaigns, Maintenance Contracts, Assembly, etc.)
• Open customer files;
•  Follow-up on warranties and get them approved;
• Prepare quotations for approval;
• Open and update work order HotLinks;
•  Follow-up on maintenance contracts;
• Issue order numbers to suppliers (External Purchasing);
• Enter labor data;
• Payroll submission;
• Maintain service vehicle records;
• Open and update OHS files in close collaboration with the Health and Safety Advisor;
•  Open and update machine files at service department level;
•  Maintain various reports related to the management of a service department. (Report Manager);
• Track department expenses;
• Perform various tasks as requested by immediate superior.

What you bring:

• DEP or Attestation of Collegial Studies in administration.
• Basic technical knowledge of Construction Equipment and Forestry.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office suite.
• Knowledge of Komatsu products is an asset.
