Job Purpose
We are looking for experienced bus and heavy vehicle maintenance professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping technicians grow their skills. If you have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing buses and enjoy coaching or guiding fellow technicians, we welcome you to join our Technical Training Centre (TTC).

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training and practical demonstrations to bus technicians and maintenance staff.
- Conduct classroom and workshop-based training on bus systems, maintenance procedures and safe work practices.
- Support trainees in developing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Assess trainee competency through practical exercises and evaluations.
- Update training materials with support from engineering and technical teams.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Work closely with depot and engineering teams to ensure training remains relevant to operational needs.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical, Automotive or related Engineering disciplines.
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bus, heavy vehicle or automotive maintenance.
- Good practical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance processes.
- Comfortable communicating and engaging with technicians of different experience levels.
- Able to conduct training in English and one other local language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil).
- Prior training, coaching or mentoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills
- Experience with bus maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and workshop practices.
- Basic understanding of hybrid or electric vehicle technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for developing and guiding others.
