Sales Coordinator
About this role
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Coordination with clients in pre and post sales.
- Compilation of campaign reports, generate contracts and monitor its status.
- Assist in the preparation of paperwork for sales.
- Coordinate sales requirements with internal marketing and operations departments, monitoring of materialdelivery deadlines.
- Liaise with client’s finance department with regards to payment matters.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills
- Independent, possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
