About this role
What will you be doing?
- Lead the operational infrastructure supporting medical policy intelligence, reimbursement strategy execution, coding analysis, and market access communications
- Monitor and analyze Medicare, commercial payer, and coverage policy developments to deliver actionable business insights
- Drive coverage policy operations and reimbursement initiatives that support favorable patient access pathways
- Provide coding and reimbursement analysis to support strategic market access decision making
- Develop and deliver clear market access communications, tools, and resources to improve field readiness
- Partner with Market Access, HEOR, Government Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to align priorities and execution
- Identify opportunities to streamline policy monitoring processes and improve operational effectiveness
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Travel up to 40% as required
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, market access, health economics, policy, or a related healthcare environment
- Strong expertise in market access strategy, reimbursement operations, coverage policy analysis, Medicare policy, and commercial payer policy
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex policy information into actionable insights
- Proven people leadership, team development, and operational management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape
