Senior Manager, Regional Compliance Lead - South Asia

· Implements the Group Compliance Programme in the Region and fosters a strong compliance culture through local leadership and communications.

· Owns the Regional Compliance risk register; consolidates country risk inputs and tracks risk treatment plans, issues, and actions to closure.

· Ensures operational execution of compliance processes in‑region (eg. COI, employee declarations, business partner due diligence, GHE/CCS registers, sanctions & export control screening).

· Plans and delivers regional training and engagement in partnership with the Culture & Engagement Functional Lead; tracks completion and effectiveness metrics.

· Supports the Integrity Office on investigations and monitoring & testing; ensures timely escalation of incidents and implementation of corrective actions.

· Prepares periodic regional compliance reports and dashboards; provides insights/trends and recommends improvements to Functional Leads and the Group Head of Compliance.

· Coordinates readiness and maintenance for relevant certifications/ assurance activities (e.g., ISO 37001) across countries in the Region.

· Designs and executes the Regional strategy in coordination with the Compliance Strategy Functional Lead.
