About this role
We are looking for a designer who can turn business ideas, technical solutions, and sales messages into clear and persuasive visual content.
The role will support our Sales team by creating
- Commercial and technical proposals
- Sales presentations and pitch decks
- Company profiles
- Service brochures and one-pagers
- Case studies and client-facing documents
- Reusable proposal and presentation templates
Key responsibilities
- Design professional proposals that support the sales process
- Transform complex information into clear visual stories
- Organize content using strong layouts, typography, charts, and infographics
- Maintain brand consistency across all sales materials
- Work with Sales and technical teams to understand project requirements
- Deliver accurate work within tight deadlines
- Maintain an organized library of templates and design assets
- 3+ years of experience in presentation or graphic design
- A portfolio that includes business presentations, proposals, or pitch decks
- Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
- Ability to design in both English and Arabic
- Attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to manage feedback and multiple assignments
Preferred
- Experience with B2B, technology, or IT services
- Experience designing technical and commercial proposals
- Basic animation and interactive presentation skills
