Du möchtest die Servicewelt aktiv mitgestalten und Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg begleiten? Dann übernimm Verantwortung für unsere Serviceprodukte im Team und bringe deine strategische und technische Expertise als Product Manager Service mit ein.
Deine Mission – das erwartet dich bei uns
- Produktpflege: Betreuung abgekündigter Produkte inkl. Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit und -bevorratung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service Management
- Phase-Out-Begleitung: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Phase-Out Aktivitäten
- Profitabilitätssteuerung: Entwicklung von Preisstrategien und Preissetzung für Ersatzteile mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Produktmarketing: Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch aktives Produktmarketing im Development Value Stream Service
- Training & Materialien: Erstellung technischer Trainings und unterstützender Inhalte in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Solar Academy
Dein Profil – das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position vorzugsweise im technisch geprägten Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Serviceprodukten und Prozessgestaltung von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Fähigkeit, Produkte und Dienstleistungen erfolgreich zu positionieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Hohe technische Affinität inkl. der Befähigung betriebswirtschaftliche Sachverhalte in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld zu verstehen und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
