About this role
Curated Events is looking for reliable Event Setup Helpers to support our delivery team. Helpers assist with transporting, carrying, and setting up event rental equipment at venues including weddings, corporate events, universities, and private events.
What You’ll Do
- Help load and unload event equipment from delivery trucks
- Carry and place tables, chairs, and other event items at venues
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Work with drivers and crew members to complete deliveries
- Follow safety procedures when moving equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Available for evenings, weekends, and seasonal overtime
