As a commercial electrician you are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial settings, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with electrical codes.If you are a commercial electrician with 2 or more years experience apply now!
Commercial Electrician Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Pull and run wire, install conduit (EMT, rigid), and bend conduit (including 90-degree bends)
- Support wiring tasks, including terminating devices and connecting electrical components
- Install and troubleshoot panels, switchgear, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and technical manuals
- Inspect and test circuits and equipment
- Identify electrical hazards and troubleshoot issues
- Work with voltages up to 480V
- Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, local regulations, and job site standards
Commercial Electrician Qualifications:
- 2+ years commercial electrical experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Your own reliable transportation
- Your own tools and PPE
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
- Journeyman License is a plus
