Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced semiconductor project manager to join our growing team developing innovative and successful timing products. The ideal candidate integrates technical proficiency with business sense, ambition with practicality, and rigor with warmth. The project manager will nurture the product and guide its team from initiation through the production ramp. As part of the program management team, they will also create and implement strategic initiatives to further product development at SiTime.
It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver successful products to market
- Create project schedules, request resources, assess and lower risks, delineate scope
- Collaborate to optimize execution across multiple functional groups and projects
- Monitor project performance relative to plan, identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Shepherd projects through product development phase-gates and required procedures
- Identify, flag, and collaboratively solve problems that occur during product development
- Communicate clearly with management, stakeholders, and the project team
- Guide and mentor colleagues as needed and appropriate
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve the product development program at SiTime
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate degree (PhD preferred) in electrical engineering, science or other related field
- 5+ years relevant experience including leading cross-functional and global teams
- Expert in project/program management and e
- Fluency in one or several of the following: semiconductor product development, circuit design, MEMS, semiconductor packaging, systems engineering, product test and qualification
- Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Familiarity with software tools for resource and project portfolio management (PPM)

- Willing to take risks, willing to articulate risks, and pilot through adversity
- Aptitude synthesizing details into take-away messages for different audiences
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Compensation Range: At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.
The annual base salary range for this role is $164800- $226600. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
