Job Context
The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and specific needs of our clients.What You’ll Do
Translate technical features into business benefits for customers
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly
Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations
Gain deep understanding of Simpro product and technical intricacies
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings
Identity customer pain points and propose solutions that align with our offering
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements
