Role Summary
The Implementation Analyst I role is responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and supporting chatbot and workflow automation solutions using low-code platforms. The role focuses on implementing business requirements through chatbot development, workflow automation, and API integrations while ensuring solution quality and adherence to best practices.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong mix of:
- Chatbot and workflow development
- Low-code platform knowledge (Chatlayer, Node-RED or similar)
- API integration and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Learning mindset and technical curiosity
Key Responsibilities
Chatbot & Workflow Development
- Design and develop automation workflows and chatbot solutions using Chatlayer, Node-RED, or similar low-code platforms.
- Configure, develop, test, and deploy chatbot solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement conversational flows, business logic, and workflow automation.
- Support enhancements and maintenance of existing chatbot implementations.
Automation & Integration
- Develop and integrate chatbot workflows with REST (JSON) and SOAP APIs.
- Configure third-party system integrations using APIs.
- Assist in implementing workflow automation to improve business processes.
- Perform API testing and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
Testing & Support
- Perform functional testing and quality assurance of chatbot and workflow solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, chatbot, and integration issues.
- Ensure chatbot implementations comply with security and data protection guidelines.
- Provide production support and bug fixes for deployed solutions.
Documentation & Process
- Prepare workflow documentation and implementation guides.
- Follow coding standards and implementation best practices.
- Continuously learn new automation technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in chatbot development, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or application development.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with Chatlayer, Node-RED, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience developing chatbot solutions from design through deployment.
- Good understanding of workflow design and automation concepts.
- Basic knowledge of REST (JSON) and SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of third-party API integration concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Management (IDM), SSL/TLS, PKI, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and URI concepts.
- Exposure to chatbot platforms, conversational AI, or workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices.
- Exposure to enterprise application integrations will be an added advantage.
