Join our Women Mentorship Program in Amsterdam. Our program will support you in navigating your upcoming career choices and in building a valuable network with bright female students and professionals.
Program Content
The mentorship program is designed to be a mix of 1:1 sessions with your personal mentor and networking sessions with Simon-Kucher consultants and other participants.
In these 1:1 sessions with your personal female mentor, you will have the chance to peek into the world of consulting while being provided with a safe space to reflect upon any thoughts you may have in relation to your future career and development.
During the workshops, you'll gain a closer look at life at Simon-Kucher and discover how our core principles guide the way we work and collaborate. You’ll gain valuable insights into how to kickstart your career and what it is like to work as a consultant at Simon-Kucher.
Additionally, you will have the chance to practice case interviews, learn how to approach different types of business challenges, and get a better understanding of what to expect throughout the interview process. We’ll also discuss real project examples, giving you a glimpse into the type of work our consultants do and the impact they create for our clients.
Throughout the sessions, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, network with Simon-Kucher consultants, and connect with fellow students and graduates who are at a similar stage in their career journey.
The program will be running from October 2026 – January 2027
Deadline for applications will close September 24, 2026, 23.59h.
- Session 1: October 29th (15.00 – 20.00 CET)
- Session 2: November 26th (15.00 – 18.00 CET)
- Session 3: January 14th (15.00 – 22.00 CET)
- Dates for your 1:1 sessions will be planned between you and your personal mentor on an ongoing basis.
You can apply if you self-identify as woman and you are fluent in Dutch, as you live up to one of the following:
- You are in your Master's degree
- Or you have up to 1 year of working experience
If you are interested in being a part of the Women Mentorship Program Amsterdam 2026, please submit your application via the Register for event button no later than September 24, 23.59h. Please include your CV, university grade transcript, and motivation for joining the program.
In your motivation letter we ask you to answer the following questions:
- Why would you like to participate in our Women Mentorship Program?
- What would you like to learn during our program?
- How would you benefit from having a Simon-Kucher mentor?
If you pass the application round, you will be invited for an online assessment and interview. The online assessment will be scheduled between September 28th - October 4th and interviews between October 7th –14th.
