About the role
As a Laser & Skin Therapist, you'll help clients achieve their skin goals through personalised consultations, advanced treatments, and outstanding customer care. You'll be joining a supportive team that is committed to delivering real results and exceptional experiences.

What you'll do
- Provide expert consultations and personalised treatment plans
- Deliver a range of laser and skin treatments to the highest standard
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve clinic goals
- Recommend tailored skincare solutions to support client results
What you'll bring
- Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- Experience with medical-grade technology, including Candela lasers (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working towards KPIs and sales targets
- A genuine passion for skin health, aesthetics, and client outcomes
