About the Role

Signant Health is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team as the dedicated Finance business partner for our IT and Hosting / Cloud Operations functions. In this role, you will support the VP of IT and the technology leadership team on expense management, planning / forecasting, and operational execution, while working closely with Signant's Procurement team and IT Business Operations to manage vendor spend. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who wants to build deep partnership with a technology organization and drive continued financial discipline around cloud and infrastructure spend.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – Function

• Serve as the dedicated Finance business partner to the VP of IT and the IT / Hosting leadership team. You will be a trusted advisor for a global team that supports Signant’s worldwide operations.
• Lead expense management for IT and Hosting functions, including monthly actuals review, accrual support, and variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Own the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for IT and Cloud Ops spend, partnering with functional leaders to build accurate, defensible plans.
• Support operational execution by translating financial plans into actionable tracking tools, dashboards, and recurring reporting for IT leadership.
• Partner closely with Procurement and IT Business Operations to manage vendor spend, including contract renewals, purchase requisitions, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Analyze cloud hosting costs and infrastructure spend trends, identifying savings opportunities and flagging risks to plan.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, cost center reporting, and ad hoc analyses for IT leadership and FP&A stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities relevant to IT and Hosting, ensuring spend is accurately coded and reported. Partner with Signant’s Accounting teams to streamline close processes while preserving accuracy.
• Continuously improve financial processes, models, and reporting tools supporting the IT and Cloud Ops Finance function.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role; experience supporting an IT, technology, or infrastructure organization is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling skills including adoption of modern AI tools such as Anthropic Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with a financial planning tool such as OneStream, Hyperion, or similar.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle NetSuite or similar is a plus.
• Working knowledge of vendor spend management and contract-related financial tracking.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to partner directly with senior IT leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
