Job Description
As a Retail Associate, you will play an important role in representing Strive Global and delivering a welcoming, professional experience to customers.
You will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, provide helpful product and service information, and contribute to the overall success of the retail team. The ideal candidate is approachable, motivated, organized, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
- Answer customer questions clearly and accurately.
- Assist with product presentations and customer inquiries.
- Support daily retail operations and maintain an organized environment.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Represent Strive Global with professionalism and a positive attitude.
