Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and energetic Production Assistant to support promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and day-to-day team operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, hands-on, comfortable working with people, and interested in developing sales and business skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organization of promotional materials and supplies.
- Support promotional events, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Help coordinate materials, displays, and equipment for daily activities.
- Support sales and promotional initiatives during events and community activities.
- Maintain organized work areas, materials, and inventory.
- Assist team members with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Help ensure promotional activities are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, production, or events is a plus but not required.
