Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Representative to create positive first impressions while supporting customer engagement and sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
- Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
- Support promotional materials and customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
- Confident interacting with customers and visitors.
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or front office support is a plus but not required.

- Competitive salary of $48,000 – $53,000 per year.
