Job Description
GG Media is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our San Antonio team. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide helpful information, respond to questions, and ensure each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, staying organized, and working as part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with general questions, requests, and service information
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information during each interaction
- Listen carefully to customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up actions
- Follow company communication standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the workday
- Meet individual and team performance expectations
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
