Job Description
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact between our organization and our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist with customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and help ensure each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with others, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with general questions, requests, and service-related inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow established communication procedures and company guidelines.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or next steps.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain service standards.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their needs have been addressed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every interaction.
- Meet individual and team performance expectations.
