Lead Project Manager Proposals

We are looking for someone with: - Strong communication skills - Quick learning agility - High Mental agility

• Drive day to day operations for all Sidel portfolio from business opportunity identification to contract signature/kick off meeting.
• Responsible to negotiate (together with Sales) the most suitable technical solution for the Customer, which maximises margin for Sidel. 
• Manage the assigned Team of project proposal managers  to accomplish the functional mission, developing their competence and qualification.
• Ensure projects technical & quotation level with commercial team, projects profitability and customer satisfaction

• 5+ years’ experience in project management and managing projects in a multicultural environment
• Experience in the beer & beverage industry is a plus
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges in machinery or complete line is a plus
• Result oriented and service minded
• Knowledge of PMP and customer oriented 
• Knowledge of project financials
• Sales experience in a comparable industry is a plus
• Able to travel (up to 40%) 
• Based in Beijing or Shanghai
