Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required

·     15+ years of relevant experience

·     Over 8 years of experience in IT development and/or solution delivery for financial services

·     Experienced in implementing Cash Management solution/s in financial institutions

·     Deep technology background with good understanding of SW and Vendor landscapes

·        Project management skills around planning, risk management and issue management

·        Strong written and spoken communication skills

·        Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Have led a team of minimum 5 composed of developers/analyst/project and/or delivery managers leading to a successful deployment of projects of more than 6 months’ duration

·        Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships

·        Experienced in implementing Loan Origination Loan Management in financial institutions

·        Identify and monitor risks and issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures including working with teams to develop solution options

·        Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums

Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users
