  • Apply Knowledge of Treasury Platforms & Technology: Understand how banks design, configure, integrate, and modernize treasury and payments platforms, including onboarding workflows, entitlements, reporting, APIs, ISO 20022, SWIFT and NACHA formats, payments hubs, and integration with core banking and legacy environments.

  • Translate Product & Technology Concepts into Business Solutions: Explain complex treasury, payments, and technology concepts in a clear, practical way for senior business, product, operations, technology, risk, and regulatory stakeholders while translating strategic objectives into executable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

  • Navigate Regulatory, Risk & Control Considerations: Understand the regulatory and control environment surrounding treasury services and payments, including operational risk, fraud prevention, compliance, resiliency, data and security considerations, and relevant industry and regulatory requirements.

  • Shape Client Solutions & Delivery Approaches: Support clients in defining treasury and payments strategies, product roadmaps, business cases, operating models, implementation approaches, platform and vendor evaluations, RFPs, testing strategies, and adoption plans.

  • Drive Business Development: Identify, develop, and expand client opportunities through account knowledge, cross-selling, proposal development, commercial discussions, thought leadership, and relationship building across new and existing clients while contributing to originated and managed revenue targets.

  • Coach & Develop Teams: Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, supervise, mentor, and evaluate consultants and managers, set clear goals, provide feedback, address team challenges, and contribute to recruiting and capability-building efforts.

  • Contribute to Firm Leadership: Share knowledge and best practices, strengthen Sia’s Treasury Services & Cash Management capabilities, support internal initiatives, represent Sia externally, and serve as a role model for consultants through professionalism, ownership, and leadership by example

Prior management consulting or comparable client-facing advisory experience is strongly preferred.
