Trading Product Manager
About this role
This is a remote position.
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for the pricing and execution engine.
- Lead the migration from PrimeXM XCore, including testing, parallel runs, and production rollout.
- Build configurable price aggregation and formation across multiple liquidity providers.
- Define per-symbol and per-client-group routing rules, including A-book, B-book, and C-book flow segmentation.
- Own markup, spread, order-flow, and bridge-level exposure controls.
- Monitor execution quality through latency, slippage, fill rates, rejection rates, and liquidity-provider performance.
- Define resilience and failover behaviour for LP disconnects, stale pricing, FIX session failures, and data-centre outages.
- Ensure low-latency infrastructure in LD4 and NY4 at minimum.
- Support MT4 and MT5 while developing clean FIX and REST APIs for native integration with Stratos and future platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, dealing, operations, infrastructure, and liquidity-provider teams.
Requirements
- Product-management experience in FX, CFDs, electronic trading, brokerage infrastructure, or capital-markets technology.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity aggregation, price formation, execution routing, slippage, partial fills, and rejection handling.
- Experience with PrimeXM, oneZero, FXCubic, Centroid, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 bridge architecture and FIX connectivity.
- Experience defining requirements for low-latency, high-availability trading systems.
- Strong ability to translate business and dealing requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Successful replacement of PrimeXM XCore without material trading disruption.
- Greater internal control over pricing, routing, and client-flow configuration.
- Improved latency, fill rates, execution transparency, and system resilience.
- Reduced dependency on vendor support for configuration changes.
- Reliable MT4/MT5 support and successful native integration with Stratos through API-first architecture
