Brand Production Manager - Up to £50k
About this role
Based in Shoreditch, we have a team of talented people working on everything from product development to finance, to customer experience. We’re looking for someone to join our growing team and help us in building the future of Grind.
We think coffee can be a force for good. Whether it's through creating the UK's first compostable coffee pods, our plastic-free packaging or carbon-free shipping - we're on a mission to be the world's most sustainable coffee company.
In 2023, we created our charity, the Better Coffee Foundation, to undo the damage done by the global coffee industry - in our first year, we recovered 43 million pods' worth of ocean-bound plastic. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Brand Production Manager to join the Brand team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the centre of creative delivery, supporting the day-to-day coordination of campaigns, content production, external collaborations, and project workflows.
Reporting into the Head of Creative Operations, this role will own the operational delivery of photo and video shoots, manage production timelines and approvals, and help ensure campaigns and content move smoothly from briefing through to final delivery.
Working closely with the Brand team and wider business stakeholders, you will help ensure creative work is well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and delivered on time across multiple channels. Photoshoot production:
- Own end-to-end production planning and logistics for photo and video shoots across campaign, evergreen, and social-first content, including schedules, budgets, samples, props, talent, studios, locations, and production documentation.
- Oversee shoot operations on set, managing timings, setup, call sheets, production coordination, and day-of logistics to ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the wider creative team.
- Manage post-production workflows, coordinating asset delivery, feedback rounds, approvals, amends, and final sign-off across creative projects to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate the operational delivery of external collaborations and licensed partnerships, managing approvals, feedback cycles, asset sharing, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the day-to-day movement of briefs, projects, and campaign requirements through Asana, acting as a key link between channel teams and creative delivery to ensure work progresses smoothly and blockers or risks are flagged proactively.
- Support seasonal campaigns and brand activity through project tracking, stakeholder communication, and reviewing incoming briefs for clarity, completeness, and alignment to agreed workflow requirements.
You’ll have.
- Previous experience of project management and traffic flow systems in an in-house or agency environment.
- Previous experience and demonstrable experience with Asana or other project management software where skills can easily transfer.
- Previous experience of shoot production across photography and video
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and third-party platforms.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus if you have…
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
