Compensation & Schedule
💰 Pay Rate: $56/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local)
🏨 Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month
💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 50-60 Hours Per Week (Day Shift)
Option for 10/4 rotation
Required Qualifications
✔ OSHA 500 Certification, BCSP Credential, or Four-Year Safety Degree
✔ 5+ years of field construction safety experience
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ General contractor safety experience
⭐ Distribution center, warehouse, or logistics facility experience
⭐ Experience supporting renovation or retrofit projects in occupied facilities

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily safety activities for construction and retrofit operations
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing safety training
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Partner with project management and field supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Coordinate safety efforts among multiple trades and subcontractors
- Support safe work practices within an active and operational facility
- Promote a positive safety culture across the project
