Descripción del empleo
- Responsable de atender al cliente en todos los servicios del área asegurando que la información y documentos requeridos son adecuados para la ejecución del servicio, cumpliendo con nuestros procedimientos de calidad y con las expectativas del cliente.
- Emitir las cotizaciones de los servicios solicitados por el cliente.
- Mantener la comunicación constante con los clientes tanto para la absolución de consultas como para la información de los resultados o avances del servicio y seguimiento del estado de las cotizaciones emitidas.
Requisitos
- Bachiller en Ingeniería de Industrias Alimentarias.
- 01 años de experiencia en posiciones afines y en funciones de servicio al cliente.
- Conocimientos en normativa sanitaria relacionada a alimentos, normas legales de alimentos, otros conocimientos de la industria.
- Inglés – Básico/intermedio
