Your tasks: 📌

• Monitor product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.

• Perform inspections and support testing activities for transformers.

• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Ishikawa), and implement corrective actions.

• Support internal and external audits and maintain quality documentation.

• Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement.

Your profile: 🔎

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or manufacturing.

• Experience in transformers or electrical equipment is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools (8D, FMEA, 5 Why), and technical drawings.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English and MS Office; ERP/QMS experience is a plus.
